  • Priority abstracts due for poster and podium presentations

  • Poster/Podium notifications sent via email
Aug 30
  • Posters assigned to Utah BME 2nd-year+ students that didn’t submit their own abstracts
  • Deadline for Poster Printing Aide through the BME office
Sep 9, 11:59PM
  • Poster design upload deadline for competition judging
  • Final poster abstract deadline for presentation at UBEC (Must also submit design to be included in competition)
  • Final registration deadline at 11:59PM
Sep 13
  • Podium slides upload deadline. All podium talks must have slides uploaded!
Sep 21
  • UBEC, the big day!
